[WT!] Hatsukoi Limited- A Bundle of Sweet Romance

Watch This: Hatsukoi LimitedMAL LinkEpisode Count: 12Genres: Romance, School, ComedyMinor NoteI am a huge sucker for romance anime, and I’ve searched long and wide for shows that can leave me as satisfied and feeling warm. I thought I had run out, but that was before I met this show. The show that gave me the “Awww” moments, the sad moments, and the moments when I just want to punch the air and cheer. A hidden gem, Hatsukoi LimitedWhy You Should Watch It:Hatsukoi Limited is a combination of multiple elements which are bundled together into a box oozing romance. It takes an interesting stance on romantic storytelling, more on the lines of Baccano and Durarara, rather than normal straightforward stories. The characters are tied together and each couple offers a different take on the usual high school romance. Each couple is unique and have their own personal motivations and struggles. All forms of love are introduced whether it be mutual, one sided, unconditional, etc. You’re offered a front row seat to watch these crushes and dreams of love blossom, and grow into reality. These separate roots under the ground eventually grow upwards together, coming together at the end.Characters and StoryThe characters of Hatsukoi Limited are many and mostly interesting. The typical middle schoolers and high schoolers, surprisingly thrown into the vortex of young love. The joy, the sadness, the confusion. Everything both adorable and saddening about young love is shown through these 10 teenagers. These characters are what make the series so colorful, heck the art could be in black and white, and I’d still see the vibrant colors of the characters. If there are characters you don’t like, there are bound to be characters you do. (Similar to Amagami SS)The story itself is character driven and the storytelling strategy allows us all perspectives from multiple angles, fully fleshing out the story. Given the short length of the series, the characters are developed with surprising depth. They mature and grow, Hatsukoi Limited lets us watch them develop from naive students, clueless about love, to young adults, hearts on fire.Art and OSTThe art of Hatsukoi limited is consistent and well done by J.C Staff. The colorful nature of the artstyle reflects upon the general light heartedness of the show and fits well. The characters are cute and each have their own charm. The OST is not too special, but it fits with the series and is a nice touch to the important moments. To Sum it UpHatsukoi Limited is a adorable collection of romances who coexist and are interconnected with each other. Each romance offers a unique couple, circumstances, and have their own charm. It offers a good balance between serious, comedic, and sweet moments. If you enjoy sweet romances, CONCLUSIVE ENDINGS, Amagami SS, and strong character development, then this show will work for you.Hatsukoi Limited truly reminds us of the craziness of adolescent love. How painful it can be, and how confusing it can be as well. But also how genuine and beautiful it can be.”Are you in love right now?” http://ift.tt/1fDT6Mt
