What will be the anime of 2016 that will blow everyone's mind?

Something expected like an adaptation of a popular manga or an original anime from a popular studio/director? Or something that no one saw coming? There is already a good number of anime announced for 2016 (list not exhaustive) and 25% of them are already airing but we are still at the beginning of the year.
