After putting 10+ hours into Stardew Valley in 2 days, my save file got corrupted. I posted on r/stardewvalley asking if anyone knew how to fix it, and within 2 hours the SOLE developer of the game (u/concernedape) downloaded my save, fixed it, and sent it back to me. Pro level customer service.
