Only foreigner there though :"( Didn't make any friends.It was a marathon streaming from episode 1 to 12 (Episode 12 wasn't on air yet so we had a special preview of the episode before the official release)Sufferbaru..I mean Subaru's voice actor was there. He was a pretty nice guy, came in subaru's jacket and was wearing a COSPA Rem & Ram tshirt. He said he wanted to wear EMT Emilia-tan but they didn't have one.Other guests included Sho Tanaka from Kadokawa (Producer) Yoshikawa Tsunaju from White Fox (Anime producer) Ikemoto Akirahitoshi from MF Bunko (Editor for Re:Zero Light Novel)They had a talk corner where they talked about how they first got in touch with the source material (Web novel) and how each of they knew each other from other anime in the past. So they talked to each other and said hey did you check this web novel out?And eventually it led to them working together to make this anime. It was about 3 years ago that this happened and it took them 2-3 years to brought this web novel to life.We also had powerpoint slides of the character draft by illustrator for the light novel. How the character used to look before the current appearance. (Subaru looks a lot more badass before the revision)Rem and Ram looks totally different from how they look like now, they didn't have the covered eyes and they looked like those big googly eyes moe type characters from 1980-1990sEmilia's initial outfit design looks super similar to Mahouka's uniform.It has been confirmed that they will introduce tons of characters (3X of the current cast we know right now) and from episode 12 to the end of this anime season will comprise of Arc 3.We also had a scissor paper stone match in the cinema itself, 4 posters signed by the director/animators/voice cast. Sadly, I didn't managed to win :"(Overall it was a great event and I had fun! Didn't have any foreign anime friends with me though, all of them around me were Japanese and when they asked who came from far away. Everyone was from somewhere far off in Japan. When I raised my hand and said my country, they all started clapping and asked why did I come to this event.
