Title says it all - talk about the anime you watched this past week that is not a part of the Fall 2015 season, or a show that's continuing from previous seasons (sorry Utawarerumono: The False Faces and Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans fans, they're great shows but you can't talk about them here).With regards to Summer 2015 shows, however, it would be fine to speak of them so long as you only began them after the season ended. For example, it's fine to talk about watching Classroom Crisis and Blood Blockade Battlefront, if you began it after the final episode aired.
