Doing it to the body that Petelgeuse enters, he too cannot resist it. At the end with his sword, Julius assists to end the suffering of his partner.If it was not for Felis's decision, Julius would [NEVER] be able to assist in Subaru's suicide and the possibility that Subarugeuse wll attack the village is high. Felis's judgement was cold hearted but right. Whether he wanted to do it or not is a separate matter.Regarding the last fight between Emilia and Petelgeuse, in the same way as how Wilhellm does it, she used floating ice to created diamond dust to be able to see the "invisible hand". Wilhelm relies on his body and strength to take it down whereas Emilia used her strong magical powers. I had chills after i heard kobayshi's voice acting for Subarugeuse. You could feel a sense of being possessed and then suddenly in control again without needing the eye glints to tell. By the way, There were a lot of discussions about certain events in this episode, but the thing we disputed the most was subaru’s ringtone! Ringtones like Shinji Tanimura’s “subaru”, “Senjo no merry christmas” (Merry christmas battlefield), “Sushi kuine!” (eat sushi) were suggested. We decided to choose something subaru would choose and settled on “Yoake no michi”. ("Flanders no Inu" (1975) OP - "Yoake no Michi") But even after we decided on that, there was still a lot of problems!First off, everyone’s hearing is no joke. (basically saying that you can recognise something just from sound) We wanted to record the Yoake no michi playing from Subaru’s phone, which began the mission to get our hands on a galapagos phone.Well, there were a lot of things that happened, but in the end we found the actual model on yahoo auctions. We needed to get the sound from the phone but phones at this age played music in 4 chords or 6 chords and could play little music. No one would bother to make tones for this in this day and age.Just for this scene, we created a “yoake no michi with less chords, put it in the phone, placed it infront of the mic at our recording studio and the dubbing staff puts it in. "Why do we go through such efforts……!” was the kind of work we did. Everyone’s smiles are engraved in me.All that effort and time was for that last minute and a half scene. Of course, the People of the isekai do not know this song, so they do not feel any languish by it. Putting aside the feelings of what everyone else feels when they saw this scene, i would be happy if the result was what we were aiming for.Regarding the advancement towards the white whale war, there was a lot of preparation in one night. We have hidden a bunch of interesting points that might have been missed from just viewing it once. It would be great if you watch it a 2nd time.
