What small artistic design choice makes you irrationally angry?

I don't know why but characters with lipstick/colored lips that are only shown on the lower lips (while the upper ones remain skin colored) really piss me off. Either do both or neither, don't half-ass it. Do you have something similair? http://ift.tt/230F0XC
