Dad of anime fan needs help surprising daughter if anyone is going to Animefest in Texas (Sep 4-7)

Hopefully this kind of post is allowed, if Not I apologize-My daughter is 13 and is big into anime and her favorite animator is Arina Tanemura. She is always going on about how she loves her style of drawing. A little while back I was thinking of doing something really unique and special for her and I decided to try to surprise my daughter with an autograph from Ms. Tanemura. I know my daughter would absolutely loose her mind if I can pull it off without her knowing. I tried emailing the official site for Ms. Tanemura but never heard back. Thats not stopping me though-I found out that Ms. Tanemura is going to be at the Animefest on September 4-7 in Texas somewhere. Unfortunately I am in Ohio which as you know is no where near Texas.If anyone is going to the Animefest, and would like to meet Ms Tanemura, Maybe we could help each other out.
