Title says it all - talk about the anime you watched this past week that is not a part of the Summer 2015 season, or a show that's continuing from previous seasons (sorry Classroom Crisis and Gatchaman Crowds: Insight fans, they're great shows but you can't talk about them here).With regards to Spring 2014 shows, however, it would be fine to speak of them so long as you only began them after the season ended. For example, it's fine to talk about watching Sound! Euphonium and Blood Blockade Battlefront, if you began it after the final episode aired.
